Bildiri Gönderim Kuralları

1- Bildiri özetleri kongre web ağ bağlantısından online olarak kabul edilecektir. Bildiri özetleri İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak hazırlanacaktır. Bildiri kabul sistemine özet girişi  İngilizce ve Türkçe olacak şekilde yapılacaktır.

-BİLDİRİ BAŞLIĞI – [Bildiri başlığı 125 karakteri geçmemelidir.]

-BİLDİRİ YAZARLARI

-BİLDİRİ METNİ [Özet bildiri metni maksimum 750 kelime olmalıdır.]

-BİLDİRİ ANAHTAR KELİMELERİ [Anahtar kelimeler en az 3, en fazla 5 tane olmalıdır.]

-Bildiri Tam Metin Word Dosyası (Bildiri kabul edildikten sonra, yazarlar isteğe bağlı tam metin bildirilerini kongre sekreteryasına eposta yoluyla gönderebilir. Bildiri tam metin yazım kuralları için tıklayınız… )

2- Kongrede sunulacak olan bildirilerin yaşam kalitesi alanında tamamlanmış orijinal araştırma olması gereklidir. Yaşam Kalitesi alanına uyumsuzluk olması halinde bildiri değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. Kongrede yalnızca araştırma bildirilerine yer verilecek, derleme ve görüş niteliğindeki bildiriler kabul edilmeyecektir.

3- Daha önce yayına kabul edilmiş, yayın için gönderilmiş çalışmalar sunuldukları yer ve zaman belirtilerek gönderilmek koşuluyla, alana katkısı dikkate alınarak kabul edilebilecektir.

4- Kabul edilmiş olan tüm bildiriler “SÖZEL” olarak sunulacaktır. Bildiri sorumlu yazarı (bildiriyi kongrede sunacak olan yazar) bildirisini ilgili paralel dal sempozyumunda en fazla 10 dakikalık bir sürede sunacaktır. Sunum Türkçe ya da İngilizce yapılabilir. Türkçe sunumlar için slaytlarınızı hem Türkçe hem de İngilizce olacak şekilde iki ayrı slayt seti hazırlayınız.

Sözel bildiriler en çok 10 slayt ile 7 dakika içinde sunulacak, 3 dakika da tartışmaya ayrılacaktır. Slayt düzeni şu şekilde olmalıdır:

●       Başlık ve Amaç (sadece 1 slayt)

●       Gereç-Yöntem (2-4 slayt)

●       Bulgular (3-6 slayt)

●       Sonuç (sadece 1 slayt)

Tam metin bildiri: Hakem değerlendirmesi sonrası kongrede sözel olarak sunulmak üzere kabul edilen bildirilerin kongre bildiri kitabında “tam metin” olarak basılmasını talep eden araştırmacılardan, belirtilecek süre içinde tam metinlerini belirlenen kurallar çerçevesinde hazırlayarak kongre bilimsel kuruluna eposta ile göndermeleri beklenecektir.

●       Kongreye gönderilen bildiri özetleri sadece Online Bildiri Modülü üzerinden toplanacaktır.

●       Yazılı formülü, e-posta, faks ve diğer yöntemlerle başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.

●       Bildiri özetinin kongre kitabında yer alabilmesi için yazarlardan en az birinin kongreye kayıt yaptırması zorunludur.

●       Bildirilerle ilgili tüm değerlendirme süreci katılımcıya ait e-posta ve şifre ile sistem üzerinden takip edebilecektir.

●       Bildiriler Özet; giriş ve amaç, gereç ve yöntem, bulgular, sonuç ve anahtar sözcükler bölümlerinden oluşmalıdır.

●       Bildiri ile ilgili bilimsel ve hukuki sorumluluk yazarlara aittir.

●       Bilimsel Kurul üyeleri, gönderilen bildirileri bilimsel kalitelerinin ve uygunluklarının belirlenmesi amacı ile değerlendireceklerdir.

●       Yazarların ad ve soyadları çalışmadaki sıralarına göre doldurulup, çalışmayı sunacak kişinin adının solunda bulunan “Sunucu Yazar” kutucuğunu işaretlenmelidir.

●       Yazarların çalıştıkları kurumların ad ve adresleri mutlaka belirtilmelidir.

●       Bir katılımcı maksimum 2 bildiri için sözlü sunum yapabilir.

Geri Bildirim

Gönderilen bildiri özetleri online sistem aracılığıyla değerlendirilecek ve bildiri değerlendirme sonucunuzu içeren e-posta sistemde tanımlanan adrese gönderilecektir.

●       İletişim konusunda sorun yaşanmaması için Sisteme kaydolurken e-posta adresinizi ve cep telefonu numaranızı girmeyi unutmayınız. Sistemde iletişim bilgileri olmayan bildiriler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.

●       Eksik veya hatalı girilen bilgilerden düzenleme kurulu ve Dalya Turizm sorumlu değildir.

●       Bildiri son gönderimde, bildirinizde bulunan hataların ve eksikliklerin düzeltilmesi son gönderim tarihine kadar online sistem üzerinden yapılabilmektedir. Mail ile gönderilecek talepler alınmayacaktır.

●       Bildiri özet yazım kurallarına ve belirtilen kurallara uygun olarak gönderilmeyen bildiri özetleri değerlendirme dışı bırakılacaktır.

Tam Metin Gönderimi

●       Kongremiz kapsamında bildirisi kabul edilen yazarlarımız tam metin gönderebileceklerdir. Bildiri gönderenler, gönderim sırasında dilerlerse tam metin bildirilerini de yükleyebilirler. Bunun yanı sıra kabul edilen bildiriler için tam metin bildiri gönderimi son tarihi 10 Aralık 2025 olup, tam metin bildiri yazım kuralları web sayfamızda bildirilmektedir.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1-  Abstracts will be accepted online via the conference website. Abstracts must be prepared in both English and Turkish. Abstract submissions to the abstract submission system must be made in both English and Turkish.

2-  Papers to be presented at the conference must be original research completed in the field of quality of life. Papers that are not relevant to the field of Quality of Life will not be considered for evaluation. Only research papers will be presented at the conference; review and opinion papers will not be accepted.

3-  Papers that have been previously accepted for publication or submitted for publication may be accepted, provided that the place and time of submission are specified, and their contribution to the field is taken into consideration.

4-  All accepted papers will be presented "ORALLY". The corresponding author (the author who will present the paper at the conference) will present their paper in the relevant parallel symposium in a maximum of 10 minutes. Presentations may be made in Turkish or English. For presentations in Turkish, please prepare two separate sets of slides, one in Turkish and one in English.

Oral presentations will be delivered using a maximum of 10 slides within 7 minutes, with 3 minutes allocated for discussion. The slide layout should be as follows:

●       Title and Objective (1 slide only)

●       Materials and Methods (2–4 slides)

●       Results (3–6 slides)

●       Conclusion (1 slide only)

Full-text paper: Researchers who wish to have their papers, accepted for oral presentation at the conference following peer review, published as "full text" in the conference proceedings are expected to prepare their full texts within the specified time frame, in accordance with the established rules, and send them to the conference scientific committee via email.

●       Abstracts submitted to the conference will only be collected through the Online Abstract Module.

●       Applications submitted in written form, by email, fax, or other methods will not be accepted.

●       For the abstract to be included in the conference book, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.

●       The entire evaluation process related to the abstracts can be tracked by the participant via the system using their email and password.

●       Abstracts should consist of the following sections: introduction and objectives, materials and methods, findings, conclusions, and keywords.

●       The scientific and legal responsibility for the paper lies with the authors.

●       Members of the Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted papers to determine their scientific quality and suitability.

●       Authors' names and surnames should be filled in according to their order in the study, and the "Presenting Author" box to the left of the name of the person presenting the study should be ticked.

●       The names and addresses of the authors' institutions must be specified.

●       A participant may present a maximum of 2 papers orally.

Feedback

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated via the online system, and an email containing the outcome of your abstract evaluation will be sent to the address specified in the system.

●       To avoid communication issues, please remember to enter your email address and mobile phone number when registering on the system. Abstracts without contact information will not be considered for evaluation.

●       The organising committee and Dalya Tourism are not responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered information.

●       When submitting your final abstract, any errors or omissions in your abstract can be corrected via the online system until the final submission date. Requests sent by email will not be accepted.

●       Abstracts that do not comply with the abstract writing rules and specified guidelines will be excluded from evaluation.

Full Text Submission

●       Authors whose papers have been accepted for our conference may submit their full texts. Those submitting papers may also upload their full-text papers during the submission process if they wish. In addition, the deadline for submitting full-text papers for accepted papers is 10 December 2025, and the rules for writing full-text papers are stated on our website.

●       The full text must include an "English Abstract". The total word count for the full text paper, excluding the abstract, tables, and references, should not exceed 2000 words. The number of tables should not exceed 3, and the number of references should not exceed 10.
